CONFERENCE FOCUS: |
The Lenfeld’s and Hökl’s days are a conference with international participation which is focused on plant and animal origin food safety and quality across the entire food chain including catering hygiene and gastronomy. The conference brings out not only the actual results of the research activity but also the knowledge from the application of food law in the activities of state bodies. The conference provides an opportunity to meet experts from the food production and control, evaluation of food quality and safety, as well as personnel from research and educational institutions, the state bodies and practice. The professional part of the conference will be complemented by a meeting with the history of veterinary food hygiene. |
