CONFERENCE FOCUS:

The Lenfeld’s and Hökl’s days are an international conference focusing on plant and animal origin food safety and quality throughout the food chain including the mass caterers. The conference yields the latest outcomes of research and their application, as well as the food law application issues. The conference provides an opportunity to meet experts from scientific organizations, supervisory bodies and practice in the field of food production, inspection and quality evaluation. A meeting with the history of veterinary food hygiene will complement the professional part of the conference. The conference is held as part of the celebrations of the 100th anniversary of the University of Veterinary Medicine in Brno.

INFORMATION: konference.vfu.cz/lh2018 Fill in the APPLICATION FORM online by 31th July 2018 (prolonged until 31th august 2018!) on: konference.vfu.cz/lh2018 CONTRIBUTION in the required form (guidelines for active participants) send electronically to the contact email address by 31th August 2018. FEE 2.000 CZK/80 € (including VAT 21%) includes the costs of organizing the conference, publishing the collection of contributions and the soirée. Payment details will be sent upon receipt of your application form. The fee is to be paid by 10th October 2018. Please, specify the participant's name in the note of the payment. Payment is to be made by transfer by the deadline date. Tax receipts for the registration fee payments will be issued upon receipt of the payment at the registration desk. The price for a company is 4.000 CZK/160 € (including VAT 21%) and it includes a table and two chairs (participation for two persons), fee for PhD students 1.000 CZK/40 € (including VAT 21%). SOIRÉE with music will be held at the Avanti hotel on 17th October 2018 at 7 pm. REGISTRATION of conference participants begins at the Aula of the University of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Sciences Brno on 17th October 2018 at 8.30 pm. ACCOMMODATION is to be booked by conference participants e.g. at the Avanti hotel (brno-hotel.hotelavanti.cz).
