Guidelines for participants
- Postgraduate students can log on the contribution to the conference and send an electronic application form available on the University of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Sciences Brno (UVPS) website (konference.vfu.cz/mvp2017?action=prihlaska&lang=en).
- Only doctoral program (full-time and part-time) studens from UVPS Brno (FVHE, FVM) or other universities can participate in the conference.
- The age limit for active participants is 35 years old.
- The conference is a competition with the top three places in each section, the winning works will be rewarded financially.
- Each speaker may enter the competition only one contribution which must then be presented at the conference. The submitted papers, which will not be presented at the conference, will be excluded from the proceedings.

The meeting will take place in the following sections:
- Food Hygiene and Processing Technology
- Nutrition and Dietetics of Farm Animals and Hygiene of Food of Plant Origin
- Veterinary Ecology
- Veterinary Biochemistry, Chemistry and Biophysics
- Veterinary Public Health and Animal Protection
- Veterinary Toxicology and Toxicology of Foodstuff
- Diseases of Wild and ZOO Animals
- Submit the application form electronically before March 20th, 2018 (konference.vfu.cz/mvp2017?action=prihlaska&lang=en). A short informative abstract (max 1 000 letters) is a part of the application form. Do not forget to mark the section which the articles should be included in.
- Submit your contribution electronically by e-mail before April 16th, 2018, to: bursovas@vfu.cz. Later submissions will not be included in the Proceedings.
- The scientific works presented at the conference should last 10 minutes. The speech is followed by discussions on the topic.
- The collection of full text papers published in printed and electronic form is the outcome of the conference.
- The extent of the publication in the collection is 3 pages, A4 format, Microsoft Word, Times New Roman font size 12, single spacing, all margins 2.5 cm, double-sided alignment (sample of contribution is available for download).
- Conference program and other specific information will be available on konference.vfu.cz/mvp2017?action=program&lang=en during April 2016.
- Registration fee 600,- CZK should be paid by transfer to the account No. 154568547/0300, variable symbol: 2340 before March 31st, 2018.
- A proof copy of payment should be sent before April 16th, 2018, on e-mail address: krejcirikovaa@vfu.cz.
