As calculated F < F_crit = 4.030 (DF 9,9, α=0.05) difference between variances is insignificant.

Conclusion: As the difference between variances of control and test group is statistically insignificant (p>0.05), preparation doesn´t influence variability of glucose  level in blood serum of horses.
